HTLC Network A.G. is a management consulting entity incorporated in compliance with the Swiss law, with the mission to coordinate consulting/outsourcing companies services worldwide, joining partners as consultants and companies of different countries under one single legal entity, in order to supply mainly to multinational customers a sole interlocutor for more services, also through one single international service agreement.

HTLC Network A.G. can therefore merge data and support to keep more easily under control different countries, often in one single informative database, granting at the same time a customer satisfaction check, with an adequate reporting.

HTLC Network A.G. uses and gives direct charge to professional and chartered consultants specialized in HR, tax & corporate, legal and technical consulting, which are acting on its behalf and charge.

HTLC Network A.G. is then taking care of grouping and coordinating the different specific professional consultancy, transforming it into activity plans, report, audits, procedures and services, with the grant of the complete result and full responsibility that the customer is expecting.

Mission

HTLC Network A.G. provides therefore a range of full service solutions and facilities for organizations with or without a permanent establishment in the country where they wish to be assisted, among those covered by our network.

Usually this happens, in order to test the single nation's market, needing to hire local employees, or to have free lancers or commercial agents, or agreements with distributors, to fulfil all the mandatory legal requirements connected and the internal company reporting.

We take care of coordination and control, of all the legal, tributary and HR consulting supports, supplied by consultants of our network legally chartered in each single country, with customized services, and accepting the heavy responsibility of the full customer satisfaction.

A customized full service means including most of the services which others do not cover, from domiciliation, to messages - mail forwarding, to payments and attorneys and the employee's call centre, or benefits management.

Payroll, accounting and bookkeeping services are proposed to firms interested in outsourcing as a strategic choice, nevertheless wish to deal with a single interlocutor, for more countries. This produces savings through the interaction for example, between the accounting and payroll services, avoiding wasted time for internal information flows between the two services, when managed by different suppliers/vendors.

New companies are assisted right from the first step of authentication of the accounting book. We handle the recording of accounting documents, the issuance of periodic reports in Italian and English, also customized in accordance with the consolidation requirements of multinational clients, and the processing of monthly and year-end VAT statements, up to the balance sheet to be submitted for audits.

We also allow remote Web/VPN real time connections to our HR and accounting database, which are granting a high transparency to any company management.
