The Italian side...


1969
Start of the activity of a single consultant leaving a multinational company as HR manager, obtaining the new State certification as HR chartered consultant.
1970
Incorporation of the first data processing legal entity for payroll and bookkeeping services, aside the HR and tax consulting activity
1986
The company is becoming a limited liability entity with 3 partners and a few employees
1989
One of the partners joins the company with full time activity after the Bocconi University degree in Economics, as 'work organization' specialist, with good English knowledge and UK training experiences.
1990
Also the second partner is admitted through State examination as chartered HR consultant.
1994/1998
The company is chosen by Price Waterhouse as local correspondent for HR consulting and payroll services in English, before the merge with Coopers & Lybrand, through which the service would have been later in-sourced
2001/2006
The company is chosen by ADP as Italian correspondent for full service and HR consulting solutions for ADP customers under 100 employees, the informal trust relationship will be extended until July 2006, when the size of the company, the range of services and geographical coverage cannot allow anymore to consider it a minor player
2001
The company is extending its services range and geographical coverage corresponding with international consulting companies, as sole supplier for Italy.

The international side...

2003
A Swiss management consulting company is choosing the company in Italy also as sole correspondent as local service and consulting provider.
2004
The first company merger agreement of a small local competitor company is planned and successfully completed in 6 months with the acquisition of about 70 new customer companies
2005
The turnover increases, allowing a forecast for 2006 of 2.000.000 € with nearly 40 employees and chartered consultants, covering a service area including the most important European countries.
2007
The Swiss management consulting company extends with branch offices and controlled companies in China, India, planning for 2008 United Arab Emirates and US, and enforces the relationships with the network partners. The focus is strategically moved on multi-country leads, and new M&A transactions are planned. The major private hospitals group in northern Italy, is choosing to rely on the network. 2007 forecasted network global turnover reaches 3.000.000 €. The Swiss entity allows the Italian vendor to change name using the network brand and identity until 31.12.2011.
Our future:
The network is planning to gradually extend its direct geographical coverage, to enforce current network alliances and to find new ones, to invest strongly in web technologies and in IT infrastructure and safety, to recruit new qualified specialist to extend current teams. Results are encouraging us for this to be the right direction and we are convinced to be able to offer real competitive advantages to our customers.
