THE INTEGRATION OF 4 SERVICE AREAS IN A NEW CHALLENGE! |

| We are glad to inform our clients that from the 1st of October 2010, the HTLC Network A.G. 'Work Health & Safety' department has been spinned off, originating the WESQ Network S.a.g.l. Swiss entity, as new joint venture controlled 50% from HTLC Network A.G. and having identified in the SILAQ group (silaq.com), which has there also spinned off its Web department, its ideal partner for Italy. SILAQ web department was already strongly cooperating with the HTLC Network one (active in India since 2008, where HTLC has now purchased its the new Surat office with 25 workstations at the 5th floor of the Trinity Business Park. (Surat is the fastest growing town in India, and is moving in 2010 around +8% of increase of the Indian internal gross revenue.) SILAQ will therefore enforce in WESQ, the existing HTLC services for work safety with a stronger technology and organization, which has driven the same, in the last 20 years of activity in Italy, to obtain a turnover of over 3.000.000 €, 3.000 spot clients, 300 permanent clients, and an extended network covering the whole Italian territory. WESQ Network will contribute with its international legal and consulting expertise, creating an extraordinary and uncommon combination of COMPLEMENTARY and INTEGRATED services, from which its name has been obtained as follow:
