Our fees system is based on a single and unified service agreement proposed from our Swiss entity and the most convenient legal entity chosen from the client (usually multinational companies).

In this way there will be a considerable advantage for the client, having by a legal and professional responsibility point of view a single vendor, applying different fees lists customized for the peculiarities of each country, with the possible option for the client to have one single cumulative invoice or one invoice for each country or event for each single client 'cost centre' if needed (ex. different invoices for HR administration, HR management, recruitment & selection, other services etc.).

This is valid both for HTLC Network services and also for WESQ Network services.

Fees lists and contract templates can be obtained only on demand by e-mail.

A. a cost forecast plan

In case the client should have difficulties in the phase of estimation of the specific services needed, according to a logic of full customization of the offer and cost, a total flexibility of the services demand along all the duration of the contract, our account department is available for any internal support; this service is free of charge.

B. a benchmarking analysis report

many client are often uncertain in the phase of comparison of different offers, as the structure of the same is always quite different and often hiding clauses and points which might let 'cost surprises' emerge later. We can assist in this analysis by the knowledge that we have accumulated in time in this market, and even if our opinion might not be considered an 'independent' one, we are transparently proud to loose an opportunity of this is in the client's interest; this service is free of charge.
