  timeplanning
Time management' is always a critical issue! Our target of customer is mainly composed of multinational companies, which mother companies are often registered by the world most important stock exchanges. This means to fulfil on a timely base critical monthly and quarterly deadlines, which are creating in a cascade a calendar of internal deadlines.

All the administrative activities therefore, both in the case of accounting/bookkeeping and in the HR administration, either supplied from internal staff or outsourced to external providers/ contractors, must respect such deadlines.

It is therefore advisable to check that any service agreement with external providers is including not only lists of mandatory or on demand services, and related fees, depending on the wished service area, but also a related fix or variable calendar, agreed with the highest possible advance, in order to allow to both provider and customer to organize all the subsequent and actions in an efficient chain.

The agreement for such calendar implies by sure an effort to predict all the possible variable events which sometimes are not easy to foresee, but it is exactly the 'experience' and the 'case histories management', which allows the provider to 'support the level of quality of the service' also and especially in this phase of the activity.

HTLC Network, since 1969, is very sensible to this customer need, and conscious that this is an important part of the quality of its service.

It is therefore a standard procedure to make our best effort in the customer start up phase, and periodically during the ordinary activity, or planning extraordinary corporate events, to dedicate the highest attention to time planning, considering often joint estimation and analysis of internal working times of the customer's HR and the plan of 'back up' resources, to keep trained and updated but in stand by to be used only in case of emergencies.
