In compliance with its geographical growth strategy, HTLC Network is always interested to evaluate new partners, to start with a sub-contractor relationship, which can gradually become a long terms partnership.
In order to be an ideal candidate a partner company should respect the following requirements :
- considerable experience in human resources management, payroll processing services, labour law consulting, possibly with integration of labour lawyers in the permanent staff; experience in HR services outsourcing with international customers; a minimum of ten years is required.
- considerable experience in accounting, bookkeeping and corporate tax management, as well as in legal entities formation, management and liquidation; possibly merger & acquisitions; a minimum of ten years is required.
- a permanent staff for the two services above of at least ten employees/ consultants, most which speaking at least a good level of English, and possibly additional languages.
- location in main economic cities centres, ability to accept customers' legal/administrative domiciliations.
- ability and availability for services coordination with possible local suppliers: often international customers might need local services, such as legal translations, bank accounts registration support/ attorneys, lunch vouchers/ benefits management, management of work safety, customized I.T. software solutions for reporting etc.; to our partners is required to be of help in similar situations, providing services directly, or through local providers, but always under the responsibility and control of the same partner, in order to be able to grant a final result.
